Ms. Fit Body is the new division within INBF drug-free competitions. It is an exciting combination of figure and bodybuilding elements for women. Contestants are judged on symmetry, muscle tone, beauty and stage presence, as well as posing ability in the designated poses (open-handed front double biceps, open-handed side-chest pose, open-handed side triceps, open-handed rear double biceps, abdominals pose).
Most INBF shows for 2008 will include the Ms. Fit Body division, but contact the promoter of your desired show to be sure it's offered. The full INBF contest schedule can be found at inbf.net.
